Responsibilities:
* battery installation, maintenance, and repair - performing installations, maintenance, and repair of batteries in different types of equipment
* troubleshooting - identifying and resolving issues related to battery performance and operation
* record keeping - maintaining accurate records of battery inventory, maintenance, and repair activities
* training - providing training and guidance to other team members and customers on proper battery handling and maintenance procedures
* safety compliance - ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines related to battery storage, handling, and disposal
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent certificate is required.
* At least 2 years of experience in related field is preferred.
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
* Experience in repairing and maintaining batteries of various types, including lead-acid, lithium-ion, and nickel-cadmium.
* Good understanding of electrical principles and safety protocols.
* Ability to use specialized tools and equipment for battery maintenance and repair.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Good communication skills and ability to provide clear explanations to customers regarding battery maintenance and repair procedures.
