General Statement of Duties
The HR Coordinator supports a people-centric workplace approach to team member management. The Coordinator assists the Human Resources Manager with talent acquisition and retention, team relations, team member training and development, professional development and performance management, and updating of Museum policies, systems, and procedures. This position recognizes the capacity to achieve greater results by leveraging volunteers' diverse knowledge and abilities in every Museum department. The HR Coordinator reports directly to the Human Resources Manager.
