The EDC Dispatcher operates systems to support and enhance security operations at the time. Systems include: Lenel, NCIC, 911, mass notification systems and other automated dispatch systems. Responsibilities. Track and record all incidents with a chronological listing of events. Must be able to work flexible hours to include weekends and holidays if needed. As a critical position will be required to report and remain available for emergency duty in expectation of a hurricane, other disaster, or declared emergency. Other duties as assigned Qualifications. High school diploma or GED One year of applicable dispatch experience.
