Position: Packer
Pay: $14.00/hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday | 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Benefits: Weekly pay, Medical, Dental, Vision

The Lee Group is hiring motivated Packers for a leading warehouse facility in Newport News, VA. Prior warehouse experience is a plus, and a positive attitude is a must!

Key Responsibilities of Packers:

• Carefully package customer orders to ensure safe delivery
• Securely wrap and label materials for shipment
• Transport packed goods to designated freight areas
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and efficient
• Use RF scanners to verify orders and maintain inventory accuracy
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a productive environment
• Support your team and uphold the company's quality standards

What Makes You a Great Fit as a Packer:

• A team-first attitude and strong work ethic
• Basic computer skills for order processing
• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or packing role preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines

Physical Demands & Work Environment as Packer:

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the shift
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and handling repetitive tasks
• Comfortable working in changing warehouse temperatures
• Must be alert and safe around moving equipment and machinery

Pre-Employment Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
