The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the facilities and equipment in an efficient manner to ensure a safe environment in adherence to established facility, federal, state, local and regulatory standards, laws, and policies. Performs routine and specific maintenance services which may include grounds work.
Roles and Responsibilities:
High school diploma or equivalent required. At least two years' experience in maintenance or facility operations required; health care facility preferred. Certification or licensure in trade such as electrical, plumbing or HVAC, etc. preferred. Valid state driver's license (if required by state and facility).
