Litigation Associate Opportunity

Our law firm, with offices in Virginia Beach, Newport News, Williamsburg, and Gloucester, is excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for a talented Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team.

Duties:

1. Litigate cases in court on behalf of clients
2. Negotiate settlements and agreements with opposing parties
3. Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
4. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
5. Attend client meetings and provide legal advice and guidance
6. Represent clients in mediation and arbitration proceedings
7. Prepare for and participate in trials and hearings
8. Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff on complex cases

Your Qualifications:

• Admission to Virginia State Bar
• Recent law school graduate or attorney with a minimum 1-3 years of experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
