The CHRO serves as an essential member of the President's Cabinet and reports directly to the Executive Vice President for Finance & Administration, joining a leadership peer group including the chief financial officer, chief information officer, chief business officer, and other key operational leaders for the university. Operating within a supportive yet autonomous work environment, the CHRO's leadership will be vital to shaping the university's workforce development strategy, enhancing HR service delivery, and nurturing a culture of excellence, collaboration, and inclusivity.
