Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center, in Williamsburg, VA, is currently hiring a Patient Transporter. This will be for a Part Time, Day Shift position. Overview. Safely escorts and transports patients within all areas of the hospital using safe body mechanics. Strictly adheres to all safety rules and initiatives of Sentara. Communicates clearly with all staff, visitors, and patients. Ensures adequate communication of information between central transport and other departments. Education. High School Grad or Equivalent (Required)Certification/ Licensure. BLS - Experience. Previous patient care experience (Required)We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$15.75 - $20.46.
