We are looking for a Senior Manager of Project Finance to join their growing team. The company has maintained steady growth and continues to expand its presence in the clean energy space.

Responsibilities:

• Lead execution of tax equity transactions from start to finish
• Support and enhance financial models
• Collaborate across teams to negotiate and close project finance deals
• Contribute to scaling the project finance function and provide mentorship to junior team members

Qualifications:

• Utility-scale solar project finance experience
• Direct experience executing tax equity transactions
• Proficiency in updating and reviewing financial models
• Strong initiative, communication, and collaboration skills
