Serves as HR Representative either on site at an activity or in the HRSC responsible for a variety of Human Resources administrative support functions. Duties and Responsibilities: Assists in the recruitment referral and placement of applicants. Serves as a point of contact for filing of applications for positions at all levels. Provides general information about vacancies and application procedures. Reviews applications submitted for completeness. Administers Stanton survey and criminal background checks. Forward completed surveys and forms for processing. Exercises tact and diplomacy in dealing with applicants. Conducts initial processing of new associates selected for employment assuring the proper completion of all required forms. May conduct orientation training for new associates to familiarize them with basic personnel policies and associate benefits. Assigns payroll numbers provides timecards and enters data into automated system as appropriate.
