Job Details

Provide level operations, management, and sustainment (O&M&S) support for the Naval Exchange Point services, including maintaining security compliance (STIGs, firewall rules, and patches), performing regular software updates, troubleshooting application, connectivity, and performance issues, maintaining system documentation and procedures, and addressing requests through the ticketing system. This is a 2nd shift position from 1600-0100. Incident Response: Quickly identify, triage, and address outages, analyzing symptoms and potential root causes to implement effective resolutions or escalate to Tier 3 support when necessary. Performance Monitoring: Utilize advanced monitoring tools to oversee virtual infrastructure and ensure optimal performance.
