Job Details

The position supports NSWCPD Code 541 which is the Program lead and In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) for the fielding and technical support of navigation data systems including, but not limited to NCDS, NDDS, SABDS and ECDIS-N/ NECDIS on US Navy ships. The position will support required technical refresh of hardware and software, along with other technical advancements to these systems. Required Skills and/or Experience:Ten (10) years program/project management experience to include contract/task order management, budgeting, resourcing, scheduling, planning, and estimating. Experience managing Government contracts and/or task orders of a similar nature, facilitating technical and project teams for ship system development, delivery, and maintenance/modernization.
