Responsible for the profitable operation of their division under their direct supervision within the office. Operations include office administration, coordinated business development and revenue generation, client contact, office/division management, cash and overhead management. Responsible for achieving short and long-term goals for operations, financial performance, and profitable growth. Responsible for marketing the firms services, developing and evaluating contracts, and serving as the firms responsible contact with specific clients.
