Overview

The Title Express Processor assists auto insurance companies with procurement of vehicle titles and title paperwork, and collaborates with financial institutions and vehicle owners.

Responsibilities
  • Call queue: answer basic TE questions, provide claim updates, and direct callers to the correct party or team if applicable.
  • Process Total Loss Packets: create and send all documents required per state guidelines.
  • Initial Lien Holder calls: secure payoff information, Letters of Guarantee, and copies of titles.
  • Initial calls to owners/insureds: communicate packet expectations to inform owners of the documents to be sent to them.
  • Follow-up calls to owners/insureds: obtain missing or corrected documents as needed.
  • Follow-up calls to Lien Holders for required documents listed in the initial call.
  • Send revised packets to owners/insureds as needed.
  • Adhere to internal cycle times and auditable criteria.
  • Review mail for compliance with state guidelines and validate documents before approving: "Okay to Pay" to the owner/insured and the insurance company after final file review for compliance.
  • Monitor and manage a shared inbox to ensure tasks and directives are addressed per company policy, timelines, and contractual obligations.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • 1 year of office customer service experience
  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • Must live in the United States
  • Proficient with basic office equipment and Microsoft products
  • Ability to identify/analyze vehicle title documents within company and state guidelines
  • Ability to work closely with state DMVs and lien holder entities
  • Problem solver; ability to multi-task
  • Basic 10-key proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and attitude
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to delegate/prioritize workflow
  • Ability to work independently or in a team
  • Ability to read/write in English fluently and effectively
  • Valid driver's license
  • Occasional overtime as needed

Pay: $16.04 - $22.00 hourly
