Summary Objective:

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Strength and Conditioning to spearhead Fit360 programs and drive business growth by cultivating member relationships, empowering Fit360 Coaches, and collaborating with the team to surpass all goals and expectations.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide an exceptional fitness experience for every member consistently.
  • Craft weekly Fit360 programs and suggest exercises following established guidelines.
  • Enhance Fit360 business outcomes and showcase a commitment to member satisfaction.
  • Increase the percentage of members participating in Fit360 to consistently exceed monthly targets.
  • Analyze small-group fitness trends and gather member feedback to refine Fit360 programs.
  • Attend Fit360 classes weekly to maintain an active presence.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire Fit360 Coaches for optimal performance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire, and train exceptional Fit360 Coaches.
  • Conduct Fit360 classes, ensuring proper setup and breakdown according to the published schedule.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all Fit360 offerings.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all new and existing members.
  • Engage new and existing members in discussions about the value of Fit360.
  • Keep accurate records of Fit360 Member Participation Rates.
  • Aim for a 70% participation rate for new members in trial classes.
  • Achieve a 40% conversion rate to consistent Fit360 participation among new members.
  • Follow up with all Fit360 leads and prospects at specified intervals (1, 30, and 90 days).
  • Collaborate with team members to set and reach measurable goals.
  • Utilize technology for personal training programming, scheduling, and billing purposes.
  • Ensure accurate recording of work hours.
  • Adhere to employee standards of conduct and ethics at all times.
  • Understand and implement club building, facilities, and emergency procedures.
  • Complete all assigned in-house staff training.
  • Take on additional duties as needed.
  • Be prepared to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

  • Expertise in Small Group Training Business Development and Sales.
  • Basic understanding of cash handling procedures.

Required Experience, Education & Certifications:

  • Preferred personal training experience.
  • Nationally recognized personal training certification from a US Fitness accepted provider needed within 30 days of hire.
  • CPR/AED Certification is mandatory.
  • Engagement in professional development and continuing education to maintain national certification annually.
