What you will do

In addition to developing a high level of technical proficiency in our CPAC Systems solutions line, you will proactively generate and drive to attain new productivity, situational awareness and infotainment solutions sales and initiatives for CPAC Systems industrial products in North America (USA and Canada) within on-highway (vocational trucks class 5-8, body builders, upfitters, and recreational vehicles) and off-highway (agriculture, earthmoving/construction). Target customers include large and medium OEMs, value-add distributors, modification centres, upfitters, and fleets.

Some of your core responsibilities will include:

• Pursuing new business and sales opportunities, as well as maintaining and growing existing accounts.
• Analyzing and researching the targeted segments and identifying new targets. Becoming conversant with the targeted markets, legislation, and demands on an engine supplier.
• Achieving, and where possible, exceeding sales targets to deliver plan growth objectives including recruiting new customers. You will also be providing management with required sales contact reports, customer center updates and issue tracking.
• Investigating OEMs, value-add distributors, modification centres, upfitters, and fleets, product challenges and generate appropriate corrective action to help resolve them expeditiously.
• Training our OEMs, value-add distributors, modification centres, upfitters, and fleets, on various CPAC Systems procedures and systems to include Partner Network, warranty processes, parts return, parts lookup, and workshop methods / controls and maintenance.
• Actively participating in trade shows and other industry events to help promote CPAC Systems industrial product line.
• Actively leading internal product management, engineering and operation conversations to ensure projects meet customer expectations on features, cost, quality, and time-to-market.

Location: This position requires travel out-of-town (65%+), including some international travel (mainly Canada and EU+UK). You must live near a major airport. Central USA is a plus.

• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook, CRM, familiarity with Jira/Confluence
• Youll be speaking with employees at all levels within and outside the company, so youll need excellent communication skills, including fluency in speaking and writing English.

• A love for the chase. A self-starter who thrives in competitive environments. You combine strong sales drive with the ability to quickly understand customer needs and translate them into business opportunities. You dont wait for opportunities you create them.
• Strong leadership and organization skills.

Were Looking for the Following Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent of education and experience; A masters degree is preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of equivalent business experience in the field of embedded systems, situational awareness solutions, productivity solutions, connected solutions, infotainment solutions, Android based systems sales experience a plus.

For this position, the base pay is set at $128,300 - $158,400 annually, and where applicable, bonus eligible. The range for this role, as well as final salary offered, is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, work-related knowledge, certifications, skills, education, and experience.
