We're actively seeking veterans and transitioning service members with strong technical backgrounds in mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems to join our Naval Engineering team as a Field Service Engineer.
Your Mission:
As a Field Service Engineer, you'll support our clients with operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of specialized, high-end industrial machinery-much like the systems you've supported during your military service.

Your Core Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostics and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment.
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings-key to ensuring safe and efficient operations.
Deliver responsive technical support in a hands-on, fast-paced industrial environment.
Work independently and with a tight-knit team, driven by mission success and safety.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience in facilities/machine maintenance OR equivalent military technical experience.
Proficient in reading electrical and mechanical schematics.
Strong knowledge of 480V and below systems, control voltages, and hydraulics operating at 5,000+ PSI.
Clear communication and attention to detail-hallmarks of military professionalism.
Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
