Accountabilities

In this role, you will:
• Contribute to the strategic vision of communications projects and deliver innovative technical solutions.
• Define system scope and objectives, modifying processes to address complex wireless challenges.
• Apply advanced engineering and design methods, theories, and research techniques to meet system requirements.
• Lead the design, development, engineering, and integration of wireless/RF communications and information systems.
• Provide expertise in hardware/software interfaces, system applications, and architecture.
• Guide and mentor other engineers, taking on technical project management responsibilities.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in land mobile radio, cellular radio, microwave radio, or wireless communications and information systems.
• Strong knowledge of RF communications concepts, system design, and integration with information systems.
• Proven ability to innovate and develop methodologies for solving advanced technical problems.
• Experience leading teams and managing technical project tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance technical detail and strategic vision.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with peers, clients, and stakeholders.
