Primary role: Subject matter expert in the installation environment in the Audio-Visual field.
Maintain, and manage the Audio Visual (AV) architecture on NIPR and SIPR networks, firmware upgrades, event support requirements, off-site location support.
Provide additional technical support necessary when needed. Additional support to include conference room build out / maintenance, routine cable maintenance, and equipment inventory.
Prioritize end user trouble tickets, assist with problem as they arise and point direct users to the appropriate department/office for action.
Provide day-to-day support in for Video Teleconferencing (VTC) and A/V conference rooms.
Clearance Level: Secret (TS desired)
