About the Role:

You will be responsible for sourcing, nurturing, and closing new clients primarily through your network and industry contacts. This is a Hunter role.

What You'll Do:
Hunting:
  • Build and maintain relationships with midsize to enterprise clients across industries, focusing on Consumer sectors like Retail, E-commerce, and Omnichannel.
  • Originate and develop business opportunities.
  • Present BairesDev's value proposition tailored to client needs.
  • Foster long-term relationships with potential clients.
Project Management:
  • Scope projects, define engagements, and develop solutions to meet client needs.
  • Plan and execute lead generation and sales activities to meet revenue targets.
  • Coordinate teams across the sales cycle, including solution design, UX, technical, and delivery teams.
  • Manage risks through strategic planning.
Candidate Profile:
  • 5+ years in Retail, E-commerce, or Consumer Goods sectors with exposure to digital transformation and technology solutions.
  • Experience in business development, key account management, or vendor relations within retail.
  • Proven success in closing midsize and enterprise accounts.
  • Deep understanding of retail industry trends, client structures, and challenges.
  • Strategic, creative, and analytical mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of retail systems, customer data platforms, inventory management, and common technological challenges.
  • Ability to deliver tailored, compelling presentations.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, detail-focused, and deadline-driven.
  • Native or fully bilingual in English.
