Floor Technician Project Services Team

ServiceMaster Commercial Services is hiring a Floor Technician to join our specialized Project Team. This full-time role focuses on commercial floor restoration and maintenance, with a structured schedule, defined responsibilities, and professional support. Technicians work as part of a small, mobile team responsible for executing high-quality floor care across multiple client locations. The role requires physical work, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset. Schedule Options:

• Day Shift: MondayFriday | 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
• Evening Shift: MondayFriday | 5:00 PM 1:30 AM

Pay: $16.00$17.00/hour, paid weekly

Location: Based out of our Newport News office with regional job site travel (company vehicle provided)

Key Responsibilities:

• Strip, wax, and restore a variety of commercial flooring surfaces
• Clean carpets, tile, and concrete using specialized equipment
• Load and prepare materials and tools each day from our home office
• Travel with team to job sites in a company vehicle
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards
• Maintain equipment and ensure proper cleaning procedures are followed
• Day Shift Only: Assist with soft washing, window cleaning, and seasonal services
