Responsibilities

• Supervises employees who test and/or inspect products to determine compliance with specifications.

Qualifications

• Must Have Apprentice graduate, Bachelors Degree or equivalent and 4 years of applicable technical experience, OR Related Apprentice certification (i.e. NDT, Dimensional Control) & 0 Years. Masters degree and 2 years relevant experience. 4 years of related exempt experience can be substituted for Bachelors degree. 8 years related non-exempt experience can be substituted for Bachelors degree and experience.
• Nice to Have Working level knowledge of MT/PT/ET/VT inspection processes and principles across the various programs. Knowledge of safety, security, and execution requirements for NDT. Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams. Ability to obtain/maintain a minimum of a confidential clearance.
