Overview: *** is seeking a skilled Project Manager Contractor to join our team for a 10-month engagement. The Project Manager will work closely with a Brand Strategist to coordinate efforts between the brand consultant team, internal stakeholders, and other workstreams with brand dependencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
o Serve as the primary point of contact between the brand consultancy team and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
o Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of brand development initiatives.
o Coordinate meetings, workshops, and presentations, ensuring all necessary stakeholders are engaged and informed.
o Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on schedule.
o Collaborate with the Brand Strategist to align brand strategy with business objectives and ensure all brand initiatives are integrated across workstreams.
o Prepare and distribute project updates and reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, deliverables, and any challenges encountered.
o Support the Brand Strategist in managing stakeholder feedback and incorporating insights into the brand development process.
o Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and project management best practices throughout the engagement.
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in marketing, or a related field preferred; PMP certification is a plus.
o 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably within branding, marketing, or related industries.
o Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
o Proficiency with project management tools (i.e. Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, Workfront)
o Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
