Job Description
CTR Group is seeking a Structural Steel Estimator in Norfolk, VA. Immediate openings and urgently hiring!

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze architectural and structural drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to define scope and pricing
- Source material and labor costs, factoring in timelines and logistics
- Prepare bid proposals and track project budgets
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, steel pricing, and construction methods
- Support pre-construction planning and value engineering efforts
- Proven experience estimating structural steel projects
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
