Job Description: Commercial Maintenance Tech/Building Engineer
A commercial property management company is searching for a PART-TIME (20 to 30hrs a week) skilled Maintenance Technician to be responsible for day-to-day general maintenance and operations of multiple commercial properties.
Job duties and responsibilities consist of, but are not limited to:
- Complete daily preventative maintenance inspections of properties
- Complete assigned Work Orders on a timely basis.
- Work orders will require Skills in, but not Limited to:
- Grounds work/Basic Landscaping
- Drywall repairs including Painting
- Basic plumbing, Drain Clean out
- Lighting and Basic electrical
- HVAC preventative maintenance and Filter Change outs

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Commercial Maintenance in order to Monitor and review contractor
- Ability to use work order system on a phone and computer, keeping accurate time records.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders/stairs, walk on rooftops, and work outside regularly
- Ability to be on-call for after-hours emergencies, which may require Evening and Weekends.
- Valid driver's license and Driving record must qualify under Company insurance policy.
- Ability to Pass background check.
- Company Vehicle available
