Job Details

Act as the Operations Lead for assigned facility Group within the Region. Through activities, primarily through direction of staff, is responsible to meet established goals and objectives toward Safety, Quality and Environmental Compliance as well as profitability of the Group. Essential duties and responsibilities:- Lead the Group in the development of a Culture modeled around Safety, Quality and Environmental Compliance.- Through selection, mentoring, development, development of bench strength, evaluation and where necessary, discipline, develop an effective Operations team for the assigned Group.- Act as key participant in the development of Operations goals and objectives.
