Job Description

The ideal candidate will play a critical leadership role in planning, executing, and delivering complex projects within scope, budget, and timeline. This individual will work closely with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with business goals.

This position is contingent upon ITMC Solutions being awarded the contract. Candidates selected for consideration will be contacted as soon as the award decision is made. Employment offers will be finalized only upon contract award confirmation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field (or equivalent)
  • 10 years of related experience (4 of which must be in a supervisor role)
  • PMP certification preferred

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight of all aspects of field and/or task-level project performance (i.e., technical, contractual, administrative, financial).
  • Possess the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Supervise personnel involved in all aspects of project activity.
  • Organizes and assigns responsibilities to subordinates.
  • Oversees the successful completion of all assigned tasks.
  • Maintains customer contacts to ensure conformity to all contractual obligations.
  • Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services.
  • Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
  • Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
  • Recommends actions to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
  • Exercises independent judgment, as well as a high level of analytical skill, in solving non-routine technical, administrative, and managerial problems.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of IT systems, application development, and emerging technologies
  • Expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
