JOB DESCRIPTION

Seeking a highly motivated and driven Senior Program Analyst to work Onsite supporting enterprise IT for our War-fighter customer who upholds America's status as the "Land of the Free" every day, at work, or at play.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of contract projects
• Develop plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitor tasks to meet contractual project requirements for assigned projects
• Establish and define project plan requirements and perform in-depth studies to determine optimum project plans
• Monitor and report performance against plans to ensure the contractor meets contractual, cost, and schedule objectives
• Interact regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements
• May provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced employees
• Participate in special projects, as required

REQUIREMENTS

• 5-8 years of experience performing complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of contract projects
• 5-8 years of related finance or business analysis experience
• Experience developing plans, budgets, schedules, and monitoring tasks to meet contractual project requirements for assigned projects
• Experience in establishing and defining project plan requirements and performing in-depth studies to determine optimum project plans

• BS Degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience

COMPENSATION

The likely salary range for this position is $47,840 - $79,768 annually. This is not, however, a guarantee of total compensation or salary or any other compensation offered. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Rollout Systems offers a variety of benefits including health insurance with domestic partner coverage, company-funded health savings account and life and disability insurances, 401(k) matching, 401(k) profit-sharing, education assistance, paid time off, and paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, location, and schedule type.
