As a Case Manager, you will manage a caseload from intake through resolution or filing of the lawsuit, ensuring that deadlines are met, medical records are obtained, and clients stay informed at each step. You will work directly with attorneys to prepare cases for settlement, mediation, or trial. This role requires legal knowledge, attention to detail, and strong technical skills. It is ideal for someone with plaintiff personal injury experience who can balance empathy for clients with the discipline required to manage pre-litigation files. Responsibilities: What You Will Do • Manage a caseload of personal injury files from intake through resolution or filing suit • Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about case status • Request, organize, and summarize medical records, bills, and liens • Track treatment progress and coordinate with medical providers and insurance adjusters • Enter, update, and maintain case data in Neos with accuracy and attention to deadlines • Draft and prepare correspondence, settlement demands, and discovery responses under attorney supervision • Monitor statutes of limitation and litigation deadlines, escalating time-sensitive issues promptly • Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including witness lists, exhibits, and medical summaries Qualifications: What We Are Looking For • Experience in plaintiff personal injury law strongly preferred (case management, paralegal, or litigation support) • Familiarity with medical terminology, records, billing, and lien resolution • Strong working knowledge of Neos (or similar legal case management systems) and Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with strict attention to detail and deadlines • Excellent communication skills with a balance of empathy and professionalism • Organized, proactive, and able to anticipate attorney and client needs • Calm under pressure, team-oriented, and committed to client service Compensation: $48,000 - $52,000 yearly
