About The Role

Our NG-SIEM product group seeks a hands-on Principal Engineer to lead Agentic AI investments, focusing on AI-powered security experiences at scale, handling petabytes of data daily. You will contribute across all system aspects to realize AI-driven solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of AI solutions, including sophisticated AI agents and model integration.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI applications using LLMs, the Agentic framework, and related technologies, ensuring scalability, accuracy, and reliability.
• Collaborate with enterprise teams to integrate models and meet roadmaps.
• Mentor team members and define performance benchmarks.
• Stay current with AI advancements and apply them to improve systems.
• Address complex technical challenges aligning with business goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during development and production.
• Advise leadership on AI development strategies.

Qualifications

• 15+ years with B.S., 12+ years with M.S., or 10+ years with PhD in a related field.
• 6+ years leading SaaS and hybrid-cloud application development.
• 3+ years with Agentic AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, OpenAI).
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, Scala, or Java; experience in distributed systems.
• Experience with APIs, databases, serverless architectures, and cloud platform development.
• Knowledge of algorithms, distributed system design, load balancing, and microservices.
• Ability to work effectively with remote teams.

The salary range in the U.S. is $185,000 - $295,000 plus incentives, equity, and benefits. Salary is determined by experience, skills, and location.
