The Norfolk Admirals are seeking a Manager, Sponsorship Fulfillment to join our front office team. This position plays a key role in managing corporate partnerships, ensuring all sponsor assets are executed to the highest standard, and driving new business growth.

What You'll Do

• Oversee fulfillment of all sponsorship agreements, including signage, activations, advertising, and hospitality assets
• Provide outstanding client service to sponsors with a focus on renewals and long-term relationships
• Coordinate with internal staff and external vendors to deliver sponsor assets on time and professionally
• Track and report proof of performance for all partners
• Prospect and secure new sponsorship and ticket revenue through outreach and presentations
• Represent the Admirals within the Hampton Roads business community through chambers, trade groups, and networking events
• Support sales and marketing teams in developing creative ways to maximize sponsor ROI

• Sales or client service experience in sports, events, or partnerships preferred
