Our client is seeking a Project Manager to oversee IT support services for a Navy program. This position provides leadership across technical teams delivering enterprise IT, cybersecurity, and service desk operations.Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for program leadership and contract reporting.
• Manage project plans, schedules, and deliverables to meet Navy requirements.
• Coordinate technical teams (network, cybersecurity, service desk, SharePoint) and subcontractors.
• Track performance metrics, staffing, risks, and budgets.
• Lead program reviews, quality assurance, and compliance reporting.
• Support transition planning, onboarding, and training.

• 5+ years of IT project management experience.
• At least 2 years directly related to Network Operations, system design, or IT programmatic support .
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field OR 9 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree .
• PMP certification or ITIL v3 Intermediate certification (required) .
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD clearance.
