We're looking for a Senior Tax Associate who can bring experience, insight, and leadership to our high-performing tax team. You'll step into a role where your voice is heard, your development is a priority, and your contributions make a real impact on clients and colleagues alike.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare and review complex tax returns for businesses, individuals, and trusts.
• Oversee and coach staff accountants, helping them grow while ensuring high-quality work.
• Collaborate directly with clients to gather financial data, resolve issues, and offer tax planning insights.
• Manage multi-state tax filings and compliance requirements.
• Identify red flags, opportunities, and solutions that add value to your clients.
• Support team performance by meeting budgets, timelines, and client expectations.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field of study preferred
• CPA or EA designation preferred (or actively pursuing)
• Ability to manage deadlines while mentoring and reviewing the work of others
• Confidence in identifying tax issues and delivering recommendations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Nice to have: working knowledge of multi-entity and multi-state tax environments
