Title: Senior Accountant

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000
Bonus: 10% annual + employee ownership package

• Assist in preparing GAAP-compliant financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information for management.
  
• Oversee accounting functions related to the company's credit agreement.
  
• Manage the consolidation and intercompany processes to ensure accurate financial reporting across the organization.
  
• Administer corporate allocations to various branches, ensuring proper allocation of resources.
  
• Prepare monthly cash flow statements to provide insights into company liquidity and operations.
  
• Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations to support the month-end closing process.
  
• Analyze financial records, including the general ledger and subledgers, to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  
• Contribute to monitoring and reporting on compliance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  
• Assist with the annual audit process in collaboration with external auditors.
  
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance financial reporting processes and resolve issues efficiently.
  
• Support ad hoc projects and respond to management inquiries as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related.
  
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably working for a public company.
  
• Public Accounting experience is highly desirable.
  
• CPA certification preferred.
  
• Experience with foreign currency (experience with Canadian currency preferred, but not required).
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
