Skilled Laborers Wanted

Shirley Contracting Company, LLC is accepting applications for skilled laborers. Qualifications include working in outdoor environments, comfort with heavy equipment, ability to work at heights and in confined spaces, moderate to heavy lifting, and working knowledge of hand and power tools. Pre-employment physical/drug screening is required.

Responsibilities include flagging, traffic closures, site preparation, trench digging, erosion control installation, and other manual labor tasks. Safety gear is required and will be provided.

Job type is full-time, year-round with varying start times. Overtime, nights, and weekends may be required. Benefits include competitive salary, health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K with company match and contribution, and paid time off and holidays.
