As a Sandwich Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in driving your restaurant's success by being part of a motivated and empowered team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests with a smile, making eye contact, and answering menu inquiries
• Accurately entering customer orders into the POS system, accommodating modifications and special requests
• Processing cash, credit card, and alternative payments while ensuring accurate change is provided
• Recommending additional items or combos based on current promotions
• Maintaining a balanced cash drawer through proper cash handling procedures
• Addressing customer complaints respectfully and processing refunds when necessary
• Assembling food orders accurately, including packing and applying condiments
• Keeping a clean and organized work area, including the dining room and exterior
• Adhering strictly to food safety and hygiene standards
• Baking fresh bread and cookies daily

• A genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and guest satisfaction, coupled with self-motivation and a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Reliable transportation and the ability to handle occasional long or irregular shifts
• Physical capability to perform restaurant tasks, including standing, lifting, and cleaning
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing effectively with a keen attention to detail
• Valid driver's license preferred
