Sentara Family Medicine Position

Sentara Medical Group has a full-time opening for an Advanced Provider Practitioner (APP) to join Sentara Family Medicine at our Peninsula Towne Center location in Hampton, VA.

Position Highlights:

• Monday-Friday (36 patient contact hours, 4 hours admin)
• Flexibility to work a 4 to 4-1/2 day work week
• Provide care for ages 12 and up
• Average of 18-20 patients per day
• Opportunity for telehealth visits
• No call expectations
