Experience supporting Engineering Functions within recruiting. Work with other talented recruiting and sourcing professionals who demonstrate in-depth industry knowledge to identify candidates to support some of our most critical programs. Work closely with other recruiters, hiring teams, and business leaders to develop and implement recruiting strategies. Identify and contact passive candidates. Utilize the existing ATS and CRM systems as well as external databases. Craft and send engaging and appealing recruiting communications to potential candidates. Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Promote our employer brand. Partner effectively with HR teammates when working on compensation, compliance, onboarding, and other processes. Basic Hiring Criteria : Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of six (6) years of recruiting experience Experience supporting ship repair, ship building, and skilled trades.
