The Supervisor Lab coordinates workflows including organizing, staffing, directing, reviewing, and monitoring related to some or all aspects of the clinical laboratory disciplines (e.g., Blood Bank, Chemistry, Hematology, Immunology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Point of Care, Toxicology). This position works closely with other laboratory section leaders, laboratory management, and pathologists. They ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. Licensing/ Certification. MLS Medical Lab Scientist Certification or eligible by a nationally recognized certification agency (preferably ASCP) (required)Education.
