The Supply Chain Tech I provides materials management support for key Supply Chain activities and initiatives including receiving, warehouse, logistics and inventory management for the organization. Performs a wide range of duties to coordinate purchasing, replenish stock supplies, and performs inventory management. Fills and distributes department requisitions and ensures par closets are maintained. What you will do. Keys and fills departmental requisitions, picklists, and exchange carts daily. Pulls and delivers materials to the requesting user/department. Breaks down stock into unit of issue and places items in proper storage are/par closet in a "FIFO" method. Conducts rounds on all service areas, ensuring supplies are available. Continuous checking for expired supplies, and ensuring integrity of items.
