Skilled Laborer Schedule is typically 7am to 3:30pm M-F +OT when needed Pay: $20 -$21/hr, paid weekly Our Client is a leading provider in modular buildings which includes; modular office spaces as well as classrooms. This is a career opportunity with a great company and competitive wages. This position is a temp-to- permanent hire position directly with the company. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction and heavy labor. Job duties : Assist other Service Technicians with refurbishment of trailers Inventory and site clean up Clean up and detailing of modular office trailers and classrooms Potential of position : Perform refurbishment from top to bottom, including floors, walls, framing, windows. Install structures and fixtures, such as windows. Measure, cut, or shape wood, plastic, and other materials Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures Maintain a safe work environment and practice safe work habits per company policies.
