Associate Dentist - Ownership Track

Norfolk, VA | Full-Time | 4 Days/Week | PPO & FFS | Partnership in 12-18 Months

The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and clinically confident Associate Dentist interested in ownership. This full-time role offers the chance to join a supportive, highly skilled team while developing into a long-term leader of the practice.

The ideal candidate is a dentist who values integrity, collaboration, and continuous growth, with an interest in performing a wide variety of procedures including surgery, endodontics, Invisalign, and implants.

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality comprehensive dentistry with a patient-centered approach
• Perform a wide scope of procedures (restorative, surgical, cosmetic, and implant dentistry)
• Build trust and lasting relationships with a loyal, growing patient base
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of hygienists, assistants, and fellow doctors
• Enjoy autonomy in treatment planning with direct business and clinical mentorship

• DMD/DDS degree from an accredited dental school
• 3-5 years of clinical experience preferred (motivated candidates with 1+ years welcome to apply)
• Interest in or experience with implant placement, endodontics, surgery, and Invisalign highly desired
