HART Technologies, Inc. is seeking a junior- to mid-level System Test Engineer. This position is in direct support of DoD Projects. Candidates who are mission-oriented, organized, and enjoy a fast-paced team environment, are encouraged to apply for this opportunity.

Responsibilities
The duties performed will be in accordance with the program's Test and Evaluation requirements and associated test documentation, to include the following:

1. Assess requirements and develop Test Procedures / Plans for a variety of system tests.
2. Develop and prepare equipment for off-site test events. Install/operate test equipment during integration test events.
3. Provide real-time documentation to ensure a valid test is performed to meet requirement specifications.
4. Document and present findings to technical developer staff and act as liaison with the customer test community to convey test findings from the user community to the technical development team.
5. Operate Electronic Test Equipment to verify combat system functionality.

Required:

1. A Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, technical discipline or equivalent experience.
2. Experience with electronic test equipment and testing protocols.
3. Ability to handle manual labor (carrying heavy equipment) and tolerate shipboard work environments.
4. Willingness to travel extensively (60-80%), with some trips up to 3 weeks in length.
5. Experience developing testing strategies and executing system operations or test.
6. US citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.
7. Experience with shipboard testing.
8. Active Secret level security clearance.
9. Three (3) years of experience testing software intensive systems.
10. Experience and knowledge of testing practices throughout all phases of the product lifecycle.
