Job Title: Network Engineer Tier II (TS/SCI Required)

Join Command Post Technologies, Inc. as a Network Engineer Tier II in Norfolk, VA. This role requires a self-motivated individual to support our expanding Network Operations & Security Center (NOSC) team, managing a broad range of network equipment and troubleshooting issues across multiple sites.

Security Clearance: U.S. Citizenship and Active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support network equipment across various sites.
• Identify, prioritize, and resolve network issues efficiently.
• Document network events and proactively seek solutions to outages.
• Work with Cisco routing and switching equipment, and other LAN/WAN components.
• Use SolarWinds and other tools for troubleshooting.
• Support day/night/weekend shifts in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant technical experience.
• IAT Level II Security Certification (Security+ CE, GSEC, SSCP, or CCNA-Security).
• Experience with Cisco equipment.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Help Desk ticketing and SolarWinds experience.
• Juniper experience.
