A Day in the Life – What You'll Do • Assist in writing and editing user guides, administrator manuals, and technical documentation under the guidance of senior writers
• Learn to capture and integrate images, diagrams, and visuals into documentation
• Collaborate with engineers, developers, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content
• Convert existing documents into reStructuredText (RST), Markdown, or other formats
• Support Agile documentation workflows and contribute to team reviews Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Communications, or related field
• 0–3 years of technical writing or editing experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to varied audiences
• U.S. Citizenship with an active Secret clearance Preferred Qualifications • Exposure to DoD or defense programs
• Familiarity with RST, Markdown, HTML, or Sphinx Documentation
• Strong motivation and willingness to learn
