Assisting Hands Seacoast NH is looking for a Director of Client Services to join our Seacoast team in Portsmouth, NH. In this role, you'll work one-on-one with our clients and caregivers to ensure our seniors are happy and healthy at home. Responsibilities include training and supervising caregivers, meeting with potential clients, developing care plans, and overseeing client care.
Education : High School Diploma / GED required; Advanced Degree, previous office experience, and/or credentialed caregiver preferred
Qualifications : At least a high school diploma, 2 years of supervising personnel or providing personal care services, excellent interpersonal skills, and experience in a long-term healthcare setting. Minimum of 1 year office experience and competency with Office software tools. Office management experience is strongly preferred. Must be detail-oriented, compassionate, have excellent customer service skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks.
