Develops strategies for workforce attraction and retention, fosters an environment of respect and integrity, and builds external partnerships to achieve business goals. Offers competitive pay, benefits, and educational programs, with an annual salary range of $110,000-$170,000 plus bonuses and additional compensation based on location and external factors. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree with management experience or equivalent managerial experience supervising teams of at least 50 associates, including performance management, hiring, and termination. Additional requirements include successful completion of job-specific training and assessments. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership, experience as a Store Manager in various store complexities, and specific retail experience.
