Perform as Program Manager's Representative (PMR) for Sustainment and Modernization of Amphibious, Auxiliary, and Small Combatant Ships (PMS 321). Support resolution of emergent issues related to Ship Modernization during the CNO Availability Advance Planning and Execution Phases. Support PMS 321 in analysis of CNO Availability cost data, establishing appropriate metrics of Ship Change effectiveness, and provide recommendations for improvement. Support PMS 321 Ship Managers by providing feedback on Ship Changes during Execution. Provide input on Man-Day and Material requirements to accomplish Ship Changes. Assist in the development of presentation material, point papers, issue papers, and other correspondence relating to the FMP process and execution of Ship Changes. Participate in SEA 21 and Fleet-sponsored efforts to identify and develop future Modernization initiatives designed to mitigate Readiness issues related to system obsolescence and maintenance related downtime.
