Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a civilian Certified Medical Dosimetrist (CMD) at the Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System in Pittsburgh, PA.

• Monday Friday, 7am - 3pm
• No weekends or on-call required

Requirements

• Certified Medical Dosimetrist (CMD), certified by the Medical Dosimetrist Certification Board (MDCB), adhering to MDCB standards.
• Minimum of 12 months full-time experience under supervision of a board-certified radiation oncologist or physicist, and two years in clinical dosimetry within the past 60 months.
• Knowledge of Varian Eclipse and Aria software applications.
• Proficiency with Varian Clinac 2100C/D linear accelerators, Ximatron, and Acuity simulators (training acceptable in lieu of experience), and 12 months experience with IMRT and IGRT.
• Ability to cut blocks for electron and photon therapy.
