The Senior Human Resources Partner plays a critical and strategic role within the Prescott HR team, serving as the campus' lead expert in recruitment and employee engagement. This position is responsible for developing and executing innovative, proactive, results-driven recruitment strategies to attract top-tier faculty and staff talent across a wide range of disciplines and functional areas at the Prescott campus. In close collaboration with University-wide recruitment personnel as well as academic leaders and department heads, the Senior HR Partner ensures alignment between recruitment efforts and institutional goals.
Beyond recruitment, this role is instrumental in shaping the employee experience at the Prescott campus. The Senior HR Partner leads campus-specific engagement initiatives focusing on fostering a positive and connected workplace culture. These initiatives include the planning and implementation of events and programs that build community, support retention, and reinforce the University's values.
Additionally, the Senior HR Partner provides broad support across general human resources functions, providing benefits introduction, onboarding, and training. This multifaceted position requires a proactive, collaborative, and people-focused professional who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment as our campus continues to grow.
